T.J. works alongside Andrew Rost to drive Barnett’s front-end business processes, including underwriting, originating new deals, and other key functions.

Prior to joining Barnett, T.J. spent over 5 years in Ernst & Young’s (EY) management consulting practice, where he advised clients in business process design, post-merger integration (including synergy modeling and tracking), finance & accounting operating model design, financial systems build, financial reporting, and internal control.

T.J. received his bachelor’s degree from Miami University (OH), where he majored in accountancy. He is also a Certified Public Accountant, in the state of Ohio.
