Prior to joining Barnett, T.J. spent over 5 years in Ernst & Young’s (EY) management consulting practice, where he advised clients in internal control, financial reporting, finance & accounting operating model design, business process design, post-merger integration (including synergy modeling and tracking), and financial systems build. 

T.J. received his bachelor’s degree from Miami University (OH), where he majored in accountancy. He is also a Certified Public Accountant, in the state of Ohio.
