Amanda Trautman joined Barnett Capital as an Asset Manager for the NNN Finance Division. In her role, Amanda reviews post-closing construction draw requests, and facilitates pre-close document collection and third-party cost/documentation reviews. She is also responsible for monitoring and risk management of commercial construction loans and draw requests.

Amanda has diverse experience in lending all over the country with just under 10 years of experience. She is a graduate of Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
