Amanda Trautman joined Barnett Capital as an Asset Manager for the NNN Finance Division. Amanda is responsible for reviewing post-closing construction draw requests, facilitating pre-close document collection and third-party cost/documentation reviews, and verifying budgets throughout construction. Before joining Barnett Capital, Amanda worked for a community bank in Panama City Beach, where she managed a diverse portfolio of loans and managed construction loans for all of Bay County. She was also responsible for opening a new branch and creating the operating standards for the new staff. Amanda most recently worked for as Head Loan Processor and Experience Operations Analyst for an app in San Deigo that provided mortgages in the Southeast. Amanda is a graduate of Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
