As an analyst with Barnett, Stephen is responsible for supporting all aspects of the investment and asset management process with a primary focus on research, analysis, underwriting, and monitoring of various real estate-related investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Barnett, Stephen worked in residential real estate lending across several roles, as well as a real estate consultant for a local franchise operator.

Stephen received his BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and exercising.
