As a member of the NNN Finance team Dan manages a portfolio of bridge and construction loans, processing draw requests, monitoring budgets and working with customers to resolve any issues that arise post-closing. 

Dan joins Barnett Capital with over 26 years of commercial loan underwriting and management for banks and non-bank lenders around Chicago, including 10 years of commercial real estate loan underwriting and management at New Century Bank, JP Morgan Chase, and ORIX Real Estate. Dan has worked on a wide variety of commercial real estate loans including residential new construction, office turnaround, and spec warehouse construction. He has managed loans for projects in Illinois, Ohio, Louisiana, Mississippi, Georgia, and South Carolina.

Dan has a BS in Finance from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, IL. In addition to his work for Barnett Dan has been a board member for Chicago foster care agency ChildLink since 2003 serving as Finance Chair for six years and board President since 2014.
