As a member of the NNN Finance Division of Barnett Capital, Erika manages a portfolio of bridge, construction, and blend & extend loans as well as Joint Venture deals with a wide array of borrowers and partners.

Prior to joining Barnett Capital, Erika was Senior Project Accountant for The Alter Group, a Chicago-based real estate developer.  While at Alter she handled projects including multi-million dollar commercial and industrial developments, cutting-edge health care and wellness facilities, spaces for high-profile technology firms as well as non-profit organizations.

Erika is a graduate of The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI with a double major in English and Religion.  She also earned her MA in Theology from Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary in Evanston, IL.
