As Senior Superintendent, Steve is responsible for the coordination and oversight of construction progress throughout the entirety of our loan terms. He also manages in-house construction operations for both our commercial and residential lending divisions.

With over a decade of experience in the Chicagoland real estate market, Steve possesses specialized expertise in both commercial and residential construction. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in real estate from DePaul University in Chicago.
