As the Building Engineer, Steve is responsible for maintaining the functionality of Barnett Capital’s multi-family buildings. His background in construction enables him to manage and oversee the renovation and repair of new and existing properties.

Steve has worked in the Chicagoland real estate market since 2012, primarily focusing on residential management and construction. He has a bachelor of business, with a concentration in real estate from DePaul University in Chicago.
