Jeffrey’s 58 year career has spanned all forms of commercial and residential real estate, mostly as a commercial developer and property manager. His early career was focused on development in the Chicago area but then expanded to many other markets in the US, Mexico, and Canada. From 1968-1999 he had substantial involvement with office, retail, and residential commercial development/management. Then for the next 12 years he specialized in resort development. After several years in the single family development sector he joined Barnett in 2018 where his focus is split between special portfolio asset management for the NNN Finance Division & property management.
